Terms and Conditions

APPOINTMENTS 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. We regret that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time and possible cancellation of your treatment the appointment will still be charged at full price.

CANCELLATIONS 

Appointments cancelled on the day of treatment will still be charged at the full price. Appointments cancelled on the working day before the appointment but in less than 24 hours before the actual appointment time, will be charged at 50% of the full appointment fee. 

COURSES of TREATMENTS 

All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within 6 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in treatments deducted from your course.  

REFUND POLICY (PRE-PAID COURSES

If you are unable to complete your course due to medical reasons and advice from your doctor we would need to see a letter from the Doctor giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment to consider a partial refund. We would not consider any refunds at all after 3 months from the purchase date.

TRAINING COURSES 

If you wish to train with IJ Aesthetics a 50% non refundable deposit on your chosen course, is required to secure your place, with the balance of the course fee paid 3 days before the course commences. Cancellation 72  hours prior to your booking, is eligible for a change to another date,  however moving the date is only possible once. Re-scheduling your course must be done within 3 months at the discretion of your Tutor/Trainer.  All case studies must be submitted within 6 weeks of the start date of your courses. 

GIFT VOUCHERS 

IJ Aesthetics does offer gift vouchers which are non-refundable. Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase.

CHILDREN/MINORS 

We aim to create a calm and relaxing environment and we do not have any form of childcare facilities. Please be mindful of this and note that children and babies cannot be taken into the treatment rooms. IJ Aesthetics will not offer any treatments to a minor ( under 18 years old ). Proof of age will be requested if required.

PRIVACY POLICY 

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

LIABILITY POLICY 

IJ Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. 

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, IJ Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area.

COMPLAINTS 

We aim to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment. In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you should contact IJ Aesthetics as soon as possible.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

OUR RIGHTS 

We reserve the right to; modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
